Where We Ship

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. If you'd like to order from somewhere else, email hello@carryherlove.com and we'll see what we can do.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland — on every order. No minimum, no upgrade, no hidden fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after you place them. Processing includes payment verification, quality check, and packing your piece in its gift box. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment partner.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery is approximately 10 business days from the date of shipment.

This is an estimate based on our average delivery times, not a guarantee. Actual transit may vary depending on your country, customs processing, weather, and carrier delays during peak seasons. Most orders arrive within this window — some sooner, a few may take a few extra days.

During major holiday seasons (Mother's Day, Christmas, Valentine's Day), please add 2–5 business days to this estimate due to higher carrier volumes.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can sometimes take 24–48 hours to update after the email is sent — that's normal. If 5 business days pass with no tracking updates, email us and we'll look into it.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For most orders, no additional charges apply at delivery — particularly for orders shipped within the United States or for low-value international orders.

However, for some international shipments (United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand), customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply depending on your country's regulations and your order value. These charges, when they occur, are determined by your local customs authority and are paid by the recipient — not by Carry Her Love. We have no way to predict whether or how much will be charged in advance.

If you refuse a package due to customs charges, the order will not be eligible for a refund of any costs.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Once a package leaves our fulfillment partner, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We cannot control delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections or processing
  • Weather, natural disasters, or carrier strikes
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
  • Failed delivery attempts

If a package is significantly delayed, we'll do our best to help you reach the carrier and resolve the issue. For specific refund or replacement scenarios, please review our Refund Policy.

Lost Packages

If your tracking has not updated in 14 business days, or if your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, email us at hello@carryherlove.com. If we cannot locate the package within a reasonable time, we will resend a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Wrong Address?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. If you notice a mistake immediately, email hello@carryherlove.com — if your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update it.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because we ship quickly, orders can be canceled or modified only if they have not yet been processed for shipment — typically within 12 hours of placing the order. Email hello@carryherlove.com immediately if you need to cancel or change your order, and we'll do our best to catch it before it goes out.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items, they may ship in separate packages depending on availability and warehouse location. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. Don't worry — you'll only pay shipping once (and shipping is free anyway).
